Progressive Development Plan:
(I R R & I C) is a massive undertaking and requires sponsorship,
collaboration and coordination with large number of national and
international organization. Besides, formidable project management
related activities need to be undertaken. In view of this, a phased
implementation plan is being prepared and shall be placed in place
shortly.
